"White Elephant" is a 2024 short film by director Ryan Copple. When Mr. Copple approached me to design an original movie poster for the project, the creative brief was clear: draw inspiration from the timeless visual language of classic Hitchcock cinema — that iconic blend of suspense, elegance, and intrigue.

The resulting concept embraced a bold, graphic sensibility — strong colors, confident composition, and a raw, unfinished edge that lends the work an organic tension. Every element was considered to evoke the mood of a golden-age thriller while feeling distinctly contemporary.
