All In Together Now

All In Together Now was a conceptual 36-course dinner pop-up conceived by Syd Suntha of PopPop. Drawing inspiration from Wu-Tang Clan's iconic catalog, the event sold out to over 200 guests which is a testament to its cultural resonance and bold vision.

I was brought on to develop a fully realized design suite spanning both print and digital media. From pitch deck to final delivery, I worked closely with the client to translate their vision into a cohesive aesthetic; synthesizing their concepts with established media references to create something at once original and familiar.

The project was a true collaborative effort. Working alongside fellow designers, I helped evolve and iterate on the concept, contributing to asset creation and driving the work through to final deliverables. All presented media are original productions.

Process

All In Together Now came to me through my clients at PopPop Seattle. What started as a pitch deck quickly revealed itself to be something much bigger, and I was ready for it.

The initial brief was lean: build a deck that captured the event's energy and attention to detail, compelling enough to win over investors and stakeholders. Simple enough on the surface, but I saw the larger opportunity immediately.

Rather than designing for the moment, I built a visual system designed to scale. One that could anchor the pitch deck and every piece of collateral that followed. Typography, color palette, visual hierarchy: everything was developed with longevity and cohesion in mind.

That foresight paid off. I was brought on as lead designer and art director, setting the creative direction for the full project and collaborating closely with a three-person design team. Together we produced a comprehensive suite of work spanning social media campaigns, menus, and poster design; all unified under the visual language I established from day one.

The event itself was a 200-seat, eight-hour experience of food, drinks, and entertainment, priced at $300 a ticket. It sold out. It drew rave reviews. And the client credited the design work as a crucial driver of its success.
